Privacy, with room to understand.

Updated October 7, 2026. This policy covers the Roomiest game on iOS and Android and this Roomiest website. Some features are available first through testing releases.

Solo play and your progress

Solo progress, scores, stars, sound, and haptic preferences are saved on your device. Solo and pass-and-play do not require a Roomiest account. We do not run a separate gameplay analytics service or sell personal information.

Online play

On iOS, optional online games use Apple Game Center. Your Game Center player identifier, display name, match participation, guesses, and scores are used to run the match and show results to the other players. Apple processes Game Center data under its own privacy policy. We do not operate an iOS multiplayer account database.

On Android, optional online games use Google Play Games and Google Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database. These services process player identifiers and names, authentication information, lobby codes, match settings, guesses, scores, timestamps, and technical connection information. Match participants can see the names and results needed to play. Access to match records expires; records may remain in the service until removed. Android and iOS matchmaking are separate.

Advertisements and privacy choices

The free game can show Google AdMob interstitial ads after five completed solo levels, when an ad is available. Ads do not interrupt active rounds or multiplayer. We request non-personalized ads. Google's advertising and consent services may still process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, app and device identifiers, ad interactions, consent choices, diagnostics, and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Roomiest does not request Apple's tracking permission or access to the iOS advertising identifier. The Android app excludes the advertising-ID permission. Where required, a consent form appears before ads are requested. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices. Buying Remove Ads stops future ad loading and display in Roomiest; it does not erase data already processed by an advertising provider.

Remove Ads purchases

Apple's App Store or Google Play processes your one-time purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The app uses store product information and transaction records to verify, restore, and maintain your ad-free entitlement, including refunds. On Android, a signed purchase record is stored locally outside device backups for offline access. Purchases restore through the same store account; an Apple purchase does not transfer to Google Play, or vice versa.

Support and your choices

If you email hello@lillybitgames.com, we use your email and the details you send to respond. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information held by Lilly Bit LLC, including Android online-play data. We may need enough information to verify and locate your records. Store purchase, Game Center, and Google Play account records are controlled by those providers.

Uninstalling the app removes local app data, subject to your device's backup settings. Use your Apple or Google account settings to manage platform privacy and purchase history. We retain support correspondence and service records as needed to provide support, operate the service, and meet applicable requirements.

Delete your Roomiest online-play account and data

To request deletion of your Android Roomiest online-play account and its associated data, email hello@lillybitgames.com with the subject “Roomiest account and data deletion”. Include your online-play account ID from Roomiest → Settings, if available, and your player name. If you cannot open the app, contact us with the player name and approximate dates you played so we can help locate your account. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

After verifying ownership, Lilly Bit LLC will delete the Roomiest Firebase Authentication account and associated Roomiest lobby and match records, including player identifiers, names, guesses, and scores. You may also request deletion of associated online-play data without deleting the account. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to handle the request or meet legal requirements.

This does not delete your Apple, Game Center, Google, or Google Play Games account or the store's purchase records. Manage those through the provider's account settings. Local solo progress stays on your device unless you remove the app's local data. If you use Android online play again after deletion, a new Roomiest online-play account may be created.

Children

Roomiest is a general-audience puzzle game, not a service directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us to request removal.

This website

This website has no account registration or visitor analytics script. Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. The home page loads Google Fonts and contains links to other services.

Service providers and changes

For details about platform processing, see Apple's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy, and Firebase privacy information. Data may be processed in countries where those services operate. We update this page when Roomiest's data practices change.
